In order to ensure product satisfaction, we offer free exchanges, refunds or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase, with proof of sale. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If returned after 30 days, exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. Returns will only be accepted if they remain unaltered, unworn and include original packaging and tags.
We offer free USPS ground shipping within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Once your order is processed, it will take up to 5 business days to receive your package (depending on your proximity to San Francisco). Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
1. Return the item(s) with a copy of the packing list that you receive, explaining why it is being returned, as well as original packaging and tags. Be green! Try to reuse original shipping box for returns. If you do not request an exchange or site credit, we will refund your credit card.
2. Use the pre-paid, USPS ground return label (no return shipping label is provided with shipments sent outside the lower 48 US states). If you misplace the return label, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll send you another.
We plan to do so in the future, but currently we are not supporting international orders.
In order to create unique and distinctive pieces, Heidi uses the diverse shapes of natural gems to ensure that no two pieces are exactly the same. As such, each gem in hand-picked and inspected to ensure quality. However, we cannot create exact replications of any piece due to the natural variation of each stone. Additionally, stone cuts and the way they place into a setting can vary. The company cannot be held liable if the color of the stone selected does not match that of the one featured on our website.
