The quality of our products is of the utmost importance to us. Our beads, stones, and tassels are hand-selected, by us, from dealers we know and trust. All of our pieces are hand knotted, using only the finest silk available, in our Northern California studio.
Customer Service will be personal. If you have questions regarding our products, policies, or design processes, we are online at our store a few hours every day to chat or by email here.
Our pricing structure is based on fairness and economy. In order to eliminate the additional cost of retail mark-ups, the Heidi Carey collection is only available online and at special events. It is Heidi’s strong belief that elevating your look with high-quality handmade accessories should not be cost prohibitive.
Any purchase can be returned or exchanged at no cost. We want you to find something you love and wear it with confidence. If the piece you chose does not look or fit right, let us help you find one that does. Return the product within 30 days for a full refund, or before 60 days for an exchange (or credit).
A special note on color and e-commerce - We realize that computers and phones can, at times, distort colors. If the color is not what you expected, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange for the right one.
