Shipping & Returns

We offer shipping within the US. If you are using a P.O Box please make sure to include its number to ensure delivery. Please go to our return center to create shipping labels for returns and exchanges.  Costumers are responsible for return costs (shipping label and handling costs). For more information about returns and exchanges click here.

During the holiday season return policy is extended until January 15th.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation.   

Please note orders will take 1-2 business days to process and ship. 

Once the order has been shipped, you will be unable to make any adjustments to the order.  

Upon shipment, you will receive your tracking number via email.

Currently, we don’t ship internationally but hope to in the future. 

If your order stops moving at any point, do not worry.  It is still on its way to you.  Occasionally, there are shipping delays due to weather, or other external factors. Your USPS tracking page will be the best place to be updated on your order’s latest status if this occurs. 

You will receive another email/text when your package has been scanned at delivery. 

If you don’t see your order, please ask your mail carrier/ delivery person where they placed your package or ask your neighbor/s if they have seen it.  99% of the time your purchase will appear, give it a day or two.
